Matos is a general contractor, demolition & environmental company looking for qualified and experienced abatement supervisors. We offer a competitive salary package including 401(k) and access to a health insurance plan. Experience with asbestos and lead (Pb) is highly preferred. Candidates should have reliable transportation and be able to understand and execute a scope of work with minimal oversight from operations managers.

Candidates Need To Be Able To:

  • Effectively manage labor force personnel
  • Provide accurate written daily reports
  • Track and order supplies/materials for the job site
  • Maintain and secure inventory of equipment assigned to the job
  • Enforce and have knowledge of OSHA 1926 and/or EM-385-1-1 safety regulations
  • Work additional hours daily or weekly if required
  • Hold all up-to-date certifications (OSHA, MDE, etc.) and include them in your reply
  • Have a minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience
