Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Wellness Manager for Asaya in Calistoga. You will lead the Spa Reception and Wellness Attendant teams, coordinate daily treatment and facility operations, and ensure service standards reflect Rosewood, Forbes, and LQA guidelines.

You will balance leadership with hands-on coverage, supporting guest journeys and associate development in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• Visible, hands-on leader who supports guests and associates.
• Experience in luxury spa, wellness, hospitality, or resort environments.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.
• Degree or qualification in Hospitality, Spa Management, Wellness, or related field preferred.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Asaya operations across reception, reservations, guest arrival, wellness facilities, relaxation areas, and closing procedures.
• Provide hands-on coverage at the spa desk and attendant operations as business levels require.
• Coach, schedule, and develop Spa Receptionists and Wellness Attendants while fostering accountability and belonging.
• Ensure all guest journeys reflect Rosewood and Asaya service standards from pre-arrival to post-visit.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing associate development.
