Job summary

Qualifications

Oliver James are currently partnered with a leading US Health Insurer seeking Actuarial professionals with Medicare PartD experience to join their growing actuarial function.

These opportunities will focus on Medicare PartD pricing, bid development, pharmacy claims analysis, and actuarial modelling. The roles would suit individuals looking to develop their expertise within Medicare, take greater ownership of complex actuarial projects, and contribute to the pricing and financial strategy of an established health insurer.

Role requirements:

• Progress towards ASA or FSA designation, with credentialed actuaries also encouraged to apply
• Experience in Medicare PartD pricing, pharmacy actuarial analysis, or PartD bid development
• Understanding of CMS regulations, PartD benefit design, pharmacy claims, and financial forecasting
• Strong analytical and modelling capabilities, ideally including Excel, SQL, SAS, or similar tools
