Pall in New Port Richey, FL, is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform AS9102 First Article inspections and in-process checks across multiple value streams. You will verify materials, certifications, and documentation, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
Role requires 5+ years in aerospace/military/machining QA within ISO9001/AS9100, proficiency with DISCUS/Net-Inspect, and the ability to work overtime to meet deadlines. Onsite position with standard weekday hours.
Start your morning in our New Port Richey, FL quality lab, reviewing drawings, purchase orders, and customer flow-downs. You’ll launch DISCUS/Net-Inspect to build and submit AS9102-compliant FAIRs, log into customer portals to verify specs and upload documentation, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Operations to close any gaps. By afternoon, you’ll be on the bench and CMM verifying complex, tight-tolerance machined parts and sub-assemblies, performing in-process and final inspections across the Air, Hydraulics, and Elements value streams. You’ll wrap up by compiling Government PLT, Government FAT, and FAA Conformity Testing reports.
This role reports to the Quality Supervisor and sits onsite as part of the Quality Assurance team in New Port Richey, FL. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and routine overtime is part of meeting commitments.
This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services.
