Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee the QC laboratory and supervise quality techs to ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Coach and monitor the performance of quality personnel and maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage calibration system or ensure calibration is carried out to planned arrangements.
• Handle customer complaints and notify QA Manager of significant issues or trends.
• Perform internal audits associated with AS9100.
• Perform quality checks on incoming materials and finished product using laboratory or production testing equipment where appropriate.
