Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Quality Manager to own and strengthen the QMS, ensure AS9100 compliance, and lead cross-functional quality initiatives. You will drive internal audits, coordinate external assessments, and oversee corrective actions across departments to improve product quality.

The role emphasizes real-time quality monitoring, hands-on part inspection as needed, and training teams on quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or management required.
• Minimum 3 years of quality checks on parts and AS9100 audits.
• Hands-on inspection experience is a real plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain AS9100 QMS ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits.
• Monitor quality performance and address issues in real time.
• Lead corrective actions (8D, CARs, SCARs) across departments.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering and other departments to address quality risks.
• Ensure nonconforming materials are controlled and dispositioned promptly.
• Provide training and coaching to employees on quality standards.
