Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 5 years quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Extensive AS9100 Experience and internal audit leadership.
• Experience analyzing quality data and implementing corrective actions.
• Wet chemistry laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality and compliance operations throughout the organization.
• Manage and maintain the AS9100-compliant QMS.
• Serve as the QM Representative and report quality metrics to executive leadership.
• Develop and implement quality policies, objectives, and CI initiatives.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain corrective action plans, risk assessments, and quality documentation.
• Conduct and oversee internal audits to ensure AS9100 compliance.
• Prepare quality reports and compliance updates for executive review.
• Evaluate supplier quality performance and ensure standards compliance.
• Address customer quality concerns and coordinate improvement with internal teams.
• Lead employee training on quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Support product quality initiatives through testing and process validation.
