Job summary

TechClub Inc seeks a senior COBOL/iSeries-focused developer with 15+ years in CA/2E (Synon) and 8+ years in COBOL AS400/Cobol ILE. The role emphasizes analyzing complex requirements, collaborating with business teams, and hands-on leadership in an onshore/offshore delivery model.

The candidate will contribute to a robust, scalable solution stack, drive CI practices, and help shape the team's technology roadmap. Experience with DB2400 and ACMS/MOM is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on coding experience in CA/2E (Synon) including programming, array handling.
• 8+ years of hands-on coding experience in COBOL AS400 and/or Cobol ILE.
• Strong functional knowledge of core PBM functions including adjudication, pricing, accumulators.
• Exposure to DB2400 and ACMS/MOM environments.
• Ability to analyze requirements and guide hands-on development.
• Lead team in an onshore/offshore model and CI-focused environment.

• Strong functional knowledge of core PBM functions specifically core adjudication, pricing, accumulators, MED D Pricing, benefit plan, patient pay and regulations


• 15+ years of hands-on coding experience in CA/2E (Synon) including programming, array handling,


• 8+ years of hands-on coding experience in COBOL AS400 and/or Cobol ILE


• Experience working with ACMS/MOM


• Strong exposure to DB2400


• Analyze and understand the functional and technical requirements.
