Job summary

AutoStore is seeking an AS/RS Robot Fleet Lead at a major retail customer site south of Dallas. You will manage daily robot fleet operations and lead a small maintenance team to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities include coordinating robot charging schedules, tracking fleet KPIs, and serving as the technical escalation point for complex robot issues. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of automated systems maintenance and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automated systems maintenance with 1+ year as a lead.
• AutoStore or similar cube storage experience preferred.
• Team coordination and scheduling skills.
• Data analysis for fleet performance reporting.
