TechDigital Group is seeking a Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience to drive Synon/AS400 development and Rxclaim adjudication initiatives in the North Carolina area. The role focuses on delivering complex claims solutions within a Medicare/Medicaid context and pricing-aware workflows.

The position requires proactive leadership and the ability to operate in an offshore-onshore delivery model, coordinating across teams to meet project goals and milestones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership or hands-on technical experience in complex systems.
• Expertise in SYNON and AS400 development required.
• Domain knowledge in Medicare and Medicaid claims, including adjudication processes.
• Pricing knowledge is a plus for evaluating claim scenarios.

This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our Rxclaim development projects and help us achieve our goals. The position requires strong knowledge on SYNON and AS400 development.

The selected candidate needs to work in an offshore-onshore model.

SYNON (8+years ) and Rxclaim adjudication experience ( min 3 years) is mandatory.
