Job summary

Auria is seeking a Ground C2 Systems Engineer to support MCTSSA at Camp Pendleton. The role focuses on ARV test capabilities, SIL deployment, C2 software operations, and test execution in a hands-on environment for MAGTF missions.

Responsibilities include designing test environments, developing test plans, evaluating emerging tech, and delivering final reports. Requires active Secret clearance, 4 years in Ground C2, and CONUS travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Four years' experience in operating, administering, training, or testing Ground C2 systems such as JTCW, TCS, GCCS, TS OA, CHE, CDN, JBC-P or MCH.
• Demonstrated expertise in developmental test and evaluation of C5I systems in a system-of-systems environment.
• Active Secret Security Clearance which requires US Citizenship.
• Ability to travel CONUS up to 25%, possibly 1 week per quarter for release testing.
• Mission-driven professional with collaboration-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain ARV test capabilities including deployable SILs and MAGTF C2 software applications.
• Develop and validate operational test scenarios, test plans, test cases, and procedures per ARV CDD and DoDAF.
• Perform technical assessments as operator in ARVC4UAS/LAV C2 variants during various test scenarios.
• Create requirements traceability matrices and comprehensive test plans with tight government deadlines.
• Enter Test Incident Reports promptly and deliver final test reports within government formats.
• Conduct architecture diagrams, daily test status reports, and post-trip reports within set timelines.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for use with LAV ARV and train test teams on feasibility and relevance.
• Support Mobile MAGTF Test Suite deliveries and site visits for dry run tests.
