• 7+ years of fundraising, donor relations, and public relations experience.
• Expert ability to develop and structure complex gifts; proven track record of success in direct solicitation.
• Advanced skill in building prospect portfolios and donor research.
• Strong interpersonal skills with donors, faculty, staff, volunteers, and board members.
• Experience addressing remote work considerations in fundraising.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of approximately 100–150 major gift prospects.
• Develops cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies aligning donor interests with priorities.
• Conducts at least 10–15 substantive contacts per month to move relationships forward.
• Personally solicits major gifts and, with leadership, principals gifts.
• Ensures annual fundraising goal, targeting $2 million or more.
• Collaborates with divisional leadership, faculty, and volunteers on proposals and meetings.
