Job summary

The Ruth Foundation for the Arts is hiring a Grants Manager to oversee grant programs, research initiatives, and stakeholder engagement. The role reports to the Senior Grants Manager and emphasizes transparent grant information, program calendars, and timely workflow completion.

Ideal candidates will bring curiosity about arts philanthropy, strong administrative skills, and the ability to cultivate relationships with grantees, jurors, readers, and partners in a dynamic, hybrid work environment

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating grant administration workflows and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement grants management workflow processes and procedures; improve grant management processes.
• Manage schedules, logistics, and record-keeping for grant cycles; provide updated reports.
• Provide grant data, analysis, and generation of reports for staff, board, and external communications.
• Coordinate with nominators, jurors, readers, and other grant-related advisors; support selection processes.
