Job summary

Chicago Public Schools (CPS) seeks an Art Exhibitions + Technology Support professional to plan and execute student exhibitions and public-facing presentations. You will manage art handling, installation/deinstallation, lighting, and digital media assets while maintaining equipment inventories and on-site student support.

This part-time, non-exempt role reports to the RE:ALIZE Program Manager with evening and weekend availability; you must be able to travel to CPS sites and work with youth in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in arts, education, technology, exhibition work, gallery operations, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute student exhibitions, showcases, and public-facing presentations, including curatorial strategies and layouts.
• Direct support of students and staff for technology from the digital media inventory and troubleshoot as needed.
• Manage and maintain DAE-owned devices and equipment, including inventory, warranty services, and documentation.
