Job summary

KID smART New Orleans seeks a dynamic NOAEA Manager to lead day-to-day operations, partnerships, and communications at the intersection of arts, education, and policy. You will collaborate with schools, arts organizations, funders, and government agencies to build an equity-centered arts-education ecosystem in New Orleans.

Responsibilities include data and research management, convening stakeholders, and driving advocacy and investment in arts education while aligning NOAEA goals with KID

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education, public policy, arts administration, community development, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in program management, coalition building, advocacy, or education-related work.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects and partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience facilitating meetings, trainings, or community engagement processes.
• Ability to analyze information and translate findings for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with project-management tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, Airtable, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead NOAEA data, research, and evaluation initiatives and dashboards.
• Coordinate convenings, advisory groups, and partnerships across schools and arts organizations.
• Oversee NOAEA communications, newsletters, and public resources.
• Support advocacy efforts and policy monitoring affecting arts education.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting; align NOAEA with KID smART goals.
