Qualifications

• Experience leading fundraising, philanthropy, nonprofit development, business development, or relationship management.
• Demonstrated success building relationships and securing philanthropic support.
• Experience developing and implementing fundraising strategies.
• Knowledge of annual giving, major gifts, grants, and donor stewardship.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's comprehensive development program in partnership with the Executive Director and Board.
• Grow philanthropic support and strengthen relationships with donors and community partners.
