Qualifications

• Citizen, permanent resident, or eligible non-citizen as required.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine office inquiries from employees and students.
• Assist in day-to-day maintenance of the assigned department.
• Perform clerical duties: answering phones, filing, scheduling, organizing.
