ProSidian Seeks a Arts & Culture Keynote/Guest Speaker | General/Other Speakers Bureau Category Disciplines [ESC1L065] for Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual) Across The South Central Region supporting an education-centered state organization that targets outcomes via leadership, instruction, training, and diverse, transparent, partnership-driven procurement practices.

We seek Arts & Culture Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) Speaker candidates with relevant Education and Academia Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for Education and Academia Sector Clients such as ESC1. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) General/Other Speakers Bureau Category Disciplines Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker). ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as an Arts & Culture Keynote/Guest Speaker in the Education and Academia Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Texas Education Agency (TEA) and Region One Education Service Center (ESC1), generally located in CONUS - Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual) and across the South Central Region.

ProSidian Speakers Bureau delivers expert-led, purpose-driven keynote and guest speaking engagements that align strategic messaging with event objectives—empowering audiences through impactful communication by industry leaders, subject matter experts, and thought influencers across conferences, academic forums, corporate summits, and community events.

Accountability speakers specialize in delivering insights, stories, or strategies within their area of expertise. They engage audiences through education, motivation, and actionable guidance rooted in their field.

Responsibilities
  • Arts & Culture Keynote/Guest Speaker – Provide targeted content and insights aligned with Arts & Culture topic areas as part of a General/Other Speakers Bureau Category
  • Deliver high-value keynote insights aligned with an organization’s culture, brand, and learning objectives; present topic-specific keynotes and engage audiences with expertise and authenticity
  • Contribute to broader event objectives through storytelling and strategic alignment with event themes
  • Located in the South Central Region (Texas); remote work with travel or virtual engagement as required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related domain preferred
  • Current or prior role aligned with General/Other activities driving qualifications as an Arts & Culture Speaker; recognized public speaking expertise and subject-matter credibility
  • Skills in presentation development, verbal and non-verbal communication, audience engagement, storytelling, and topic fluency
  • Competencies: confidence, cultural sensitivity, adaptability, professionalism, and ability to connect across audiences
  • Ancillary: may lead workshops, fireside chats, or breakout sessions; ability to customize pre-event content and participate in post-event follow-up
