  • Consistent usage of Roosevelt University email address (to be assigned upon onboarding).
  • Submission of a studio syllabus each semester (university-mandated template will be provided) documenting all studio policies, expectations, procedures, and grading criteria.

This position entails the following category of instruction:


Weekly applied bassoon lessons taught onsite at the Chicago College of Performing Arts ( CCPA ) Chicago campus, working with students enrolled in the following degree programs:

  • Bachelor of Music in Bassoon Performance;
  • Bachelor of Music Education;
  • Bachelor of Musical Arts;
  • Bachelor of Arts;
  • Master of Music in Bassoon Performance;
  • Master of Music in Orchestral Studies, with a Bassoon concentration;
  • Performance Diploma in Bassoon Performance;
  • Professional Diploma in Orchestra Studies, with a Bassoon concentration.

Job Duties:

The pay for this position is approximately $110/hour.
