Job summary

Seattle Opera is seeking an Artist Services Manager to ensure an exceptional guest artist experience. You will supervise volunteer supernumeraries, manage hospitality, immigration, travel and lodging for visiting artists, and cast supernumeraries while coordinating with the Artistic Department.

The role includes recruiting and overseeing volunteers and serving in the Artistic Manager on Duty rotation during performances. Reports to the Director of Artistic Administration & Planning.
