Universal Music Group (UMG) is seeking an Artist Relations Manager to grow relationships with artists, managers, and labels. You will manage inbound opportunities, assess fit, and coordinate negotiations with Legal and Business Affairs.

Reporting to the SVP, Marketing & Revenue, you’ll own day-to-day artist relationships and work with Artist Success and Lifecycle Marketing to onboard and engage artists. This is a relationship-driven, analytical role using data on streaming, revenue, and audience

Qualifications

• Experience in artist relations, artist management, talent partnerships, A&R, business development, or a related music-industry role.
