Job summary

Eataly North America in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Server to coordinate the service station and collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

You will greet guests, explain specials and menu changes, take orders, relay to kitchen and bar via POS, and assist with stock, wine service, and counter register duties; evening/weekend holidays required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of the sequence of service and dining room procedures.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and presents them with the menu.
• Informs guests of specials and allergies; answers questions.
• Receives orders and relays to kitchen staff and bar via POS.
• Coordinate with hosts, stations, and kitchen for service flow.
• Present, open and pour wine and beer when serving guests.
• Stock stations and assist with dishes and silverware.
• Assist with cash register at counter-service restaurants.
• Perform other duties as required.
