Job summary

320 Market Cafe is hiring a full-time pizza maker. The role requires weekend and evening availability, with Sundays a must. Shifts typically run 11-7, 1-9 and 2-10, and pay starts at $20-$24/hr plus pooled tips after a 90-day probation.

After probation, eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) with 4% matching and PTO after 6 months. A 20% discount on purchases is offered, excluding PA-regulated alcohol.

Qualifications

• Must be available on weekends and in the evenings.
• Sundays are a must.
• Experience making pizzas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas to order with high quality execution.
• Ensure ingredients are prepped, assembled and cooked per recipes.
• Make, ferment and portion all varieties of dough.
• Produce sauces in-house (tomato, pesto, garlic cream) and other core items.
• Handle in-house and to-go orders and maintain timely preparation.
• Comply with nutrition/sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with coworkers and customers.
