• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in food service.

Responsibilities

• Keep food standard consistency.
• Organize work area and station layout.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, sauces).
• Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff.
• Follow executive chef or GM instructions.
• Clean up station and manage leftovers.
• Stock inventory and ensure items are available.
• Ensure food comes out high quality and on time.
