LEV Restaurant Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Cook – Pizza Maker to prepare high-quality pizzas and menu items in a fast-paced kitchen. You will bake pizzas, prep dough, and handle ingredients while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires basic knife skills, ability to follow safety regulations, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. High School diploma or GED and health district card are required, with prior cooking experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED and 6 months to 2 years of cooking experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondences, and memos.
• Excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to customers’ orders.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work station and kitchen equipment.
• Follow production schedules and ensure proper plate presentation and garnish setup.
• Maintain food storage and handling procedures and ensure food quality.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as dough mixers, pizza ovens, knives, grills and stovetops.
