Qualifications

• Must have strong baking and pastry expertise appropriate for upscale dining.
• Ability to follow recipes and chef directions with minimal supervision.
• Proven leadership or ability to train others in a kitchen setting.
• Must obtain ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Produce dessert and bakery products per recipes and chef directions.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work environment and station.
• Demonstrate professional attitude and teamwork with supervisors and staff.
• Assist and direct pastry staff to ensure profitable department performance.
