Market of Choice in Portland, OR is seeking a Cheese Steward to join our Cheese Shops team. You will assist customers with selections, create cheese plates, and host tastings while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selection and recommendations for everyday dining and events
• Be knowledgeable about cheeses, charcuterie, and accompaniments
• Conduct in-store tastings and pairings
• Create cheese plates and gift baskets
• Handle production and storage of items in Market Cheese Shops
• Check in deliveries and log invoices daily
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the shop
