Job summary

Dorothy Lane Market is seeking an Artisan Bread Polyline Operator to join our Bakehouse team in Washington Township, OH. You will help run the bread production line, laminate croissants/puff pastry, and ensure recipes and quality standards are met in a fast-paced setting.

We welcome both experienced bakers and motivated learners. The role offers hands-on training, a collaborative team, and a schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with three days off weekly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operating the artisan bread polyline and assisting with daily production.
• Laminating croissants and puff pastry.
• Following recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Monitoring products throughout the production process to ensure quality and consistency.
