Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous bartending/restaurant/beverage-service/hospitality experience required.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and portion-control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Learn the beverage menu and make thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them promptly into the POS system.
• Set up the bar with liquor, wine, beer, mixers, garnishes, glassware and supplies for service.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, inventory accuracy and proper handling of all beverage products.
