Grand Central Bakery is hiring a Production Dishwasher in Seattle to clean dishes and equipment for Bread Production and the Commissary Kitchen. This full-time, non-exempt role requires adherence to FSMA and sanitation standards and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Schedule includes weekends and a 7 days/week operation, reflecting a fast-paced bakery environment. The dishwasher will prepare ingredients for production, maintain a tidy workstation, and work under the Production Shift

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to speak basic English.
• Valid Food Handler's Card and compliance with health dept. guidelines.
• Regular attendance, on-time, flexible including weekends/holidays.
• HS diploma/GED preferred; experience as a dishwasher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Washes all Bread Production, Break Room, and Commissary dishes.
• Maintains a clean and organized work station.
• Prepares ingredients for Bread Production, e.g., chopping herbs.
• Contributes to meeting department and company financial goals.
