Job summary

Amplified Industries is seeking an Artificial Lift Technical Sales Engineer to drive adoption of its IoT sensor and AI‑driven monitoring solutions for onshore oil and gas facilities. You will work with production and operations teams to optimize wells and demonstrate the value of Amplified's remote well control systems.

Travel to active well sites is expected as needed, and you will be a trusted technical advisor supporting customers from initial deployment through ongoing optimization and ROI

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in petroleum engineering with field roles.
• Strong technical acumen to explain value to production teams.
• Knowledge of onshore wellsite equipment and artificial lift systems.
• Willingness to travel to active well sites.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving usage, adoption, and satisfaction of our advanced IoT sensor and AI-driven monitoring solutions across a portfolio of onshore oil and gas accounts.
Your role involves leveraging your technical expertise to help customers optimize wells, ensuring they're getting full value from Amplified's monitoring and remote well control solutions, and serving as their trusted advisor and technical point of contact.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 1-3+ years of experience in petroleum engineering, with field experience as a production foreman, production engineer, etc.
• Strong industry credibility and technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate the value of Amplified's solutions to production and operations teams.
• Strong working knowledge of onshore wellsite equipment and operations, including artificial lift systems.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, including visits to active well sites.

BONUS POINTS

• Prior experience in oilfield operations, production engineering, or automation.
• Experience with SCADA systems, remote well control, pump-off controllers, or predictive maintenance technologies.
