Senior Strategic Sourcing @ LearningMate | Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management

We are seeking a highly skilled SME in generative AI for content creation using No Code AI integration. This role demands expertise in no-code platforms, AI/ML, and workflow automation, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into practical learning experiences for professionals. Google Suite, including standardized Google Sheets templates, must be used to maintain consistency and avoid conversion issues.

Responsibilities

• Course Design & Development
• Create short courses on No Code AI Integration based on client requirements.
• Short Courses will only take learners 30 minutes to three hours to complete.
• Each Short Course will meet the quality guidelines specific in the client rubrics.
• Develop clear, practical, and engaging content (course outlines, lesson plans, activities, and assessments).
• Align course materials to learning objectives and desired learner outcomes.
• Identify and integrate relevant GAI tools.
• No-Code & Workflow Automation Expertise
• Demonstrate mastery of no-code platforms (Bubble, Glide, Webflow) and UX/UI design principles for no-code applications.
• Implement workflow automation using tools like Zapier, Make, and Airtable, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
• Cover cloud hosting, DevOps, and scaling strategies for no-code applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Template & Process Adherence
• Use standardized Google Sheets templates for course outlines, checklists, and feedback tracking.
• Ensure all course assets are developed and maintained within Google Suite to preserve formatting, comments, and version control.

AI/ML Integration & Advanced Capabilities

• Showcase AI integration techniques using LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and other relevant frameworks.
• Teach prompt engineering, AI reasoning systems, and AI explainability best practices.
• Address ML model selection, MLOps, and AI/ML search strategies for no-code contexts.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise across multiple no-code platforms (Bubble, Glide, Webflow) and automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable).
• Proven experience integrating AI/ML technologies, including LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Strong understanding of cloud hosting, DevOps, and scaling for no-code environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ability to simplify complex AI/ML concepts for non-technical learners.
