What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop systems including operational requirements and infrastructure setup in an Agile software development environment
- Research and learn new technologies, producing proof of concepts using AI-related APIs, tools, and AWS services
- Troubleshoot high-priority production support issues and formulate timely solutions
- Develop processes to enhance operational robustness, including code refactoring and performance tuning
- Analyze existing systems and create technical documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of solid hands-on software development experience, including system installation and production support
- Proven strength in coding foundations, particularly in OOP, Python, and application development
- Deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence methodologies and hands-on experience with AI-related APIs and tools, especially Open AI solutions
- Strong experience with LangChain frameworks and chatbot development using Agent/Tools and RAG Applications
- Thorough understanding of AWS technologies, website development, data management, and data security

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with Pinecone Vector database
- Prior experience in the financial industry or quantitative technical analysis
- Experience with front-end technologies, particularly React
- Experience with SQL
