Captivation is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to design, create, test, and productize AI/ML algorithms for business challenges. You will select data sets, run ML models, and iterate to improve performance while ensuring explainability and resiliency.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and a Ph.D./Master's in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with extensive ML deployment experience. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

• A Master's or Ph.D. degree in advanced math, artificial intelligence, data science, computer science or deep learning from an accredited college or university is required.
• 7 additional years machine learning experience with a relevant Bachelor's degree may be substituted for a Master's degree.

• Demonstrated ability to design, evaluate, and productize AI/ML models on a range of commercial cloud-based architectures
• Design ML algorithms according to customer requirements
• Research, experiment with, and implement suitable ML algorithms and tools
• Broaden current AIML frameworks and machine learning libraries

Security Clearance:

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen

Minimum Qualifications:

Benefits

• Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
