Qualifications

• Hands-on agentic AI development experience within the last 12 months.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals, testing, CI/CD, and troubleshooting.
• Experience building and maintaining production applications.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and deploy advanced AI agents and multi-step agentic workflows.

Agentic AI Engineer - Intermediate to Senior

Location: USA - New York, San Francisco, Washington DC, Atlanta, or Miami preferred

Work Arrangement: Primarily Remote / Hybrid, occasional onsite meetings

Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Agentic AI Engineer who is passionate about building AI-powered applications and production-ready agentic systems.

The ideal candidate has strong software engineering experience and has personally designed, built, and deployed AI agents—not just used AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy advanced AI agents and multi-step agentic workflows.
• Develop and improve agentic harnesses, including orchestration, tool calling, memory, and context management.
• Develop APIs, backend services, and data integration pipelines.
• Deploy and maintain applications in AWS cloud environments.
• Use Claude Code to improve development, testing, and automation.
• Ensure AI systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and production-ready.

Must-Have Skills

• Recent hands-on Agentic AI development experience, ideally within the last 12 months.
• Strong Claude Code experience, including advanced development workflows.
• Experience with agentic harnesses, orchestration, tool integrations, and memory management.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, testing, CI/CD, and troubleshooting.
• Experience building and maintaining production applications.

Nice to Have

• Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code.
• AWS services such as S3, Lambda, ECS, EKS, and IAM.
• GCP experience.
• Data engineering and streaming pipelines.
• Experience in client-facing or consulting environments.
