Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy and support production-ready Agentic AI solutions for enterprise applications. The role involves building AI agents, analytics solutions and cloud-based AI applications with modern software practices.

You will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solutions, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement across production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science or IT.
• Proficient English, written and spoken.
• Experience deploying AI applications and maintaining production-ready solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise data integration.

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy and support production-ready Agentic AI solutions for enterprise applications. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of intelligent AI agents, analytics solutions and cloud-based AI applications using modern software engineering practices. The role involves close collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and maintainable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Agentic AI solutions and AI-powered applications.
• Build intelligent AI agents using GitHub Copilot and modern AI engineering practices.
• Develop scalable applications using Python and SQL / PL-SQL.
• Build and optimize AI workflows, orchestration pipelines and business automation solutions.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise data platforms and cloud services.
• Develop analytics and visualization solutions to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop, test and deploy production-ready AI applications following software engineering best practices.
• Support production environments, troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Create technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
