You'll develop security controls, automation, and evaluation frameworks for GenAI and agentic applications in a security-conscious environment. The role blends AI engineering, software development, and cybersecurity, with responsibilities spanning CI/CD integration, tool development, and red-teaming support to safeguard AI agents and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, AI, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, cybersecurity, or related discipline.
• Strong hands-on Python development and scripting experience.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI agents.
• Understanding of agentic architectures, LLM orchestration, and AI app development.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and prompt-security concepts.
• Understanding of threats like prompt injection and tool misuse.
• Experience with CI/CD, APIs, version control, testing, and automation.
• Working knowledge of application/API security and data protection.
• Familiarity with IAM, OAuth, or least-privilege concepts is desirable.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLM Apps and/or NIST AI RMF is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands‑on AI Engineer to join a newly established AI Security team supporting the enterprise adoption of Generative AI and agentic technologies.

This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, agentic systems, software development, and cybersecurity. You will help application teams build more secure AI agents by developing automation, security controls, evaluation frameworks, and reusable tooling that protect AI applications from emerging threats.

This is an opportunity to help shape enterprise AI security practices from the ground up and have a direct impact on how AI agents are designed, deployed, and secured.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain security controls and guardrails for GenAI and agentic applications.

• Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM), OAuth, or least‑privilege principles is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agentic frameworks.

• Knowledge of MCP and secure tool invocation.
