Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $65.00/hr

We’re looking for a Senior AI Designer to help craft intuitive, ethical, and high-impact AI experiences that improve lives. Join a growing, collaborative UX organization that values experimentation, design thinking, and human-centered AI. You’ll work alongside product managers, data scientists, and researchers to build solutions that support clinicians and healthcare teams globally.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and prototype user experiences for Generative AI models, optimizing clarity, tone, and usefulness
• Translate user insights into effective interaction patterns with LLMs
• Apply behavioral science and cognitive principles to improve user outcomes
• Develop and document scalable AI design frameworks and best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally in an Agile product environment
• Track and iterate on performance using qualitative and quantitative data

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UX, interaction design, or related fields
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, context design, and human-AI interaction
• Strong portfolio with case studies showing process and real-world impact
• Familiarity with Agile, user research, and prototyping tools (Figma, etc.)
• A strong communicator who thrives in ambiguous and evolving environments

Required Skills

• Passion for AI ethics and safety in product design
• Certifications in AI, UX, or conversational design
