Job summary

Relate Search is seeking an AI Developer to design, build, and maintain AI-powered solutions that enhance business operations. You will develop agentic AI capabilities, integrate AI with enterprise systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions using Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities include crafting AI workflows, deploying RAG solutions, and evaluating new Microsoft AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field required.
• Experience designing, testing, and implementing AI automation solutions with Python.
• Experience with agentic AI solutions and LLM deployments.
• Experience with Microsoft AI tech: Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Fabric.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Hybrid work schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
• Opportunity to build AI solutions using Microsoft's ecosystem.
• Work on new AI initiatives with backlog of use cases.

What You'll Do

Relate Search has partnered with an organization seeking an AI Developer to help design, build, and maintain AI-powered solutions that improve business operations. This role will develop agentic AI solutions, integrate AI technologies with enterprise systems, and support the continued expansion of AI capabilities across the organization. The position offers the opportunity to work with Microsoft AI technologies while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI and agentic AI solutions using Microsoft AI technologies.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions by integrating enterprise data sources with AI applications.
• Build AI-driven workflows and integrations using Power Automate, REST APIs, custom connectors, and Microsoft ecosystem services.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions and support production environments.
• Evaluate emerging Microsoft AI technologies and contribute to proof-of-concept initiatives and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience designing, testing, and implementing AI automation solutions using Python or similar programming languages.
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining agentic AI solutions and large language model (LLM) implementations.
• Experience with Microsoft AI technologies, including Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI Service, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
