Job summary

Sunrise Systems, Inc. is seeking an AI Engineer for a 12-month contract, focusing on AI-enabled chatbot initiatives within a commercial environment. The role requires strong Python programming skills, API integration experience, and familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager.

The AI Engineer will collaborate with global teams to develop chatbot solutions and optimize content delivery workflows. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with 50% onsite presence required at Princeton Pike.

Qualifications

We are looking for an AI Engineer for a short-term contract to support digital content and AI-enabled chatbot initiatives within a commercial IT environment (non-personal HCP/patient web channels).

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of an AI-enabled chatbot solution
• Work on prompt engineering for LLM-based applications
• Assist with API integration and backend connectivity
• Support content delivery workflows via CMS (basic Adobe Experience Manager authoring/publishing)
• Collaborate with global teams for delivery and stakeholder coordination

Required Skills

• Strong Python programming experience
• Experience with API integration
• Hands‑on exposure to AI/LLM prompt engineering
• Basic CMS experience (Adobe Experience Manager preferred – author/publisher level, not developer)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure – at least one required)
• Understanding of AI-enabled chatbot solutions

Preferred Background

• 2–3 years of experience in AI-related work
• Software development background (preferred over pharma domain experience)
• Experience supporting business delivery in cross-functional/global teams
• Familiarity with Adobe ecosystem (basic level sufficient)
