Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Job Title to join our team.

Technical Skills & Expertise

• Knowledge Management: Open Knowledge Format (OKF), Knowledge Fabric, ServiceNow Knowledge, Confluence, SharePoint, knowledge inventory and assessment, asset classification and prioritization, content consolidation and retirement, metadata management, taxonomy design, content versioning, governance and lifecycle management.
• Operational Knowledge: Runbooks, playbooks, problem determination guides, SOPs, operational procedures, incident management, problem management, ITIL, ITSM integration, enterprise search, copilots, AI agents, automation workflows.
• Knowledge Pipelines & Quality: Python document ingestion, extraction, parsing, transformation and validation; LLM-assisted conversion; schema validation; automated quality checks; source traceability; SME review and approval; conversion accuracy, completeness and semantic fidelity evaluation; hallucination evaluation; pipeline monitoring.
• AI & NLP: GPT-4, GPT-3.5, Claude 3.5, Mistral, LLaMA 3, T5, BERT, Transformers, embedding models, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering (zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought), knowledge-based retrieval systems.
• MLOps & Deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, DVC, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CI/CD, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Cloud Platforms: Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI), AWS (SageMaker, Lambda), Microsoft Azure (OpenAI, Blob Storage, Cognitive Search).
