We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, AI Agents, Intelligent Document Processing, and enterprise automation.

Key Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in AI, ML, Generative AI, or Intelligent Automation
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, and agent-based architectures
• 3+ years of experience with Document AI / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
• Strong experience with OCR, PDF parsing, data extraction, confidence scoring, rule-based validation, semantic matching, and fuzzy comparison
• Proven experience building LLM applications, AI Agents, RAG solutions, and workflow automation
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, JSON/XML schema mapping, and enterprise integrations
• Experience implementing Human-in-the-Loop (HITL), exception handling, and validation frameworks
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration and event-driven architectures
• Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search
• Familiarity with MongoDB, Neo4j Knowledge Graphs, Redis, and vector databases
• Strong understanding of AI governance, PII/data privacy, explainability, auditability, and Responsible AI
• Experience with MLOps, AI observability, model monitoring, and AI evaluation frameworks
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, Agile, automated testing, and production deployment practices
