Job Overview
Were looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and speech-to-text technologies. If you're passionate about Python and pushing the boundaries of natural language understanding and audio AI, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) for a range of enterprise and consumer-facing applications.
Build, optimize, and deploy machine learning models for NLP and speech-based AI use cases.
Develop and integrate speech-to-text solutions using open-source or cloud-native platforms (e.g., Whisper, DeepSpeech, Google STT).
Design scalable, production-ready pipelines in Python using best practices in code quality, testing, and version control.
Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to align AI development with business goals.
Stay ahead of AI trends and incorporate emerging technologies into the teams workflow.
Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML development.
Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.).
Deep understanding of speech-to-text technologies and implementation.
Experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
Proficiency in handling data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
Experience with fine-tuning transformer models and optimizing inference.
Knowledge of ASR systems and phoneme-level processing.
