Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the vision, scope, dependencies, and risks of AI/ML solutions
• Lead the delivery of high-quality AI/ML solutions, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards
• Own and prioritize the AI/ML solution roadmap to deliver high-value MVPs quickly
• Communicate progress, metrics, and key results to leadership and stakeholders through presentations and reports
• Partner with Operations to ensure seamless deployment of models into production environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of technical product/program management experience, with 4+ years in delivering data product solutions within AI/ML, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of data engineering and AI/ML project lifecycles and data platform ecosystems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Databricks and familiarity with data platform ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative, learning-oriented culture in product development
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a sense of urgency
