Job summary

Southeastern Site Development, Inc. seeks an experienced Articulated Truck Driver (Off-Road Dump Truck) for heavy civil and mass grading projects in the Griffin area.

This role focuses on safely operating articulated dump trucks on large earthwork sites while supporting production goals. The ideal candidate has experience in heavy civil environments, works with grade crews and site supervisors, and adheres to DOT regulations and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating articulated haul trucks or off-road trucks.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Knowledge of basic equipment safety and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to safely operate equipment in varying terrain, weather, and jobsite conditions.
• Ability to work safely on active construction jobsites.
• Reliable transportation to jobsites.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate articulated haul trucks on mass grading and earthmoving projects.
• Haul dirt, rock, aggregate, and other materials throughout the jobsite.
• Conduct daily pre/post trip equipment inspection.
• Identify and report mechanical or safety issues to supervisors.
• Work efficiently with excavation and grading crews to maintain production goals.
• Operate equipment in varying weather, terrain, and jobsite conditions.
• Follow all company safety policies, DOT regulations, and site-specific procedures.
• Assist with general labor duties when needed.
