Job summary

The Lemoine Company, LLC is seeking an Articulated Dump Truck (ADT) Driver for a large-scale civil construction project in Louisiana. The role involves safely operating ADTs (preferably Bell Trucks) to haul dirt, rock, and aggregate across uneven terrain and active sites.

Responsibilities include pre-operation inspections, coordination with excavator and dozer teams, and strict adherence to site safety rules. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience and a high school diploma (preferred).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating Articulated Dump Trucks on civil construction projects.
• Knowledge of site safety procedures and proper loading techniques.
• Ability to navigate rough terrain and operate on active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate an Articulated Dump Truck (Bell Trucks preferred) to transport materials.
• Navigate rough, uneven, and sloped terrain with vehicle control.
• Follow haul routes and site traffic rules; monitor loads.
• Work with excavator/dozer operators to support operations.
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections and complete the Daily Equipment Inspection Checklist.
• Conduct minor maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain awareness of crew, site conditions, and hazards; assist with general labor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.
