Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the Division of Arthroplasty.
• Recruit and develop a collaborative faculty team to expand the division.
• Oversee high-quality arthroplasty services ensuring patient safety.
• Expand outpatient arthroplasty and implement robotic arthroplasty program.
• Lead research, secure extramural funding, and mentor residents and faculty.
