Qualifications

• Competent with Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with industry standard software.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily restaurant operations and FOH teammates.
• Ensures staffing levels for each meal period.
• Trains staff and administers training programs.
• Identifies ways to cut costs and drive revenue.
• Maintains service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Leads staff selection and onboarding.
• Attends required meetings and executes assigned tasks.
