Job summary

Stryker Group seeks an Arterial Account Manager to drive PAD/CLTI therapies with clinical leadership and program development. You will collaborate across interventionalists, vascular surgeons, and hospital leadership to launch and scale new programs, accelerating adoption and growth.

You will work with local teams and leadership to deliver presentations, educate physicians, and provide clinical feedback to R&D and marketing. Base + commission aligns with patient-centric solutions.

Qualifications

  • BS degree preferred or 6 years demonstrated successful sales experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years preferred peripheral vascular arterial sales or related medical device experience.
  • Ability to work independently and educate/lead others in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

  • Identify growth opportunities in PAD and CLTI patient populations.
  • Build alignment with physician champions and hospital leadership.
  • Drive therapy adoption through clinical education and program-building initiatives.
  • Create demand and expand access to Artix and LimFlow portfolios.
  • Execute coordinated strategies with VTE Account Managers.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations outlining clinical and financial benefits.

Job description

Are you a strategic, clinically savvy sales professional passionate about driving meaningful impact in vascular care? Join us as anArterial Account Manager, where you’ll operate with autonomy, lead program development, and partner with top physicians and health system leaders to bring life‑changing PAD and CLTI therapies to more patients.

In this high‑visibility role, you’ll collaborate across specialties—including interventionalists, vascular surgeons, service line leadership, and internal cross‑functional teams—to develop, launch, and scale PAD and LimFlow programs. You will also work closely with local Account Managers and Field Clinical Specialists to accelerate adoption and drive growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify new growth opportunitiesand uncover unmet clinical needs within PAD and CLTI patient populations.
  • Build alignment with multidisciplinary stakeholders, including physician champions and hospital leadership.
  • Drive therapy adoptionthrough clinical expertise, education, and program‑building initiatives.
  • Create demand and expand accessto the Artix and LimFlow portfolios to grow long‑term franchise value.
  • Execute coordinated strategieswith VTE Account Managers using shared targets, aligned messaging, and real‑time field insights.
  • Deliverhigh‑impact presentationsoutlining clinical and financial benefits of the portfolio to physicians and hospital administration.
  • Providevaluable product feedbackto R&D and Marketing, serving as a key clinical voice for innovation.
  • Represent the companyat trade shows, conferences, and educational events.
  • Act as aclinical subject matter expertduring national calls and training programs.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Medical Education to supportnew hire onboarding and ongoing training needs.
  • Develop and disseminate insights to internal stakeholders during pre‑sale and evaluation processes.
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed to support regional and national initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Base + commission: $125,000.00 and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
