Job summary

Stryker seeks a field-based sales professional in Roanoke, VA to identify growth opportunities within the PAD and CLTI space and expand the Artix and LimFlow portfolios. You will align with physician champions, hospital leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive therapy adoption through education and program-building initiatives.

  • Minimum of 4 years preferred peripheral vascular arterial sales or related medical device experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new growth opportunities and uncover unmet clinical needs within PAD and CLTI patient populations.
  • Build alignment with multidisciplinary stakeholders, including physician champions and hospital leadership.
  • Drive therapy adoption through clinical expertise, education, and program-building initiatives.
  • Create demand and expand access to the Artix and LimFlow portfolios to grow long-term franchise value.
  • Execute coordinated strategies with VTE Account Managers using shared targets and messaging.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations outlining clinical and financial benefits to physicians and hospital administration.
  • Provide valuable product feedback to R&D and Marketing as a clinical voice for innovation.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and educational events.
  • Act as a clinical subject matter expert during national calls and training programs.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Medical Education for onboarding and training needs.
  • Develop and disseminate insights to internal stakeholders during pre-sale and evaluation processes.
  • Perform other responsibilities to support regional and national initiatives.

What You Bring
Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, reporting).

Required Qualifications
  • BS degree preferred in related field or 6 years demonstrated successful sales experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years preferred peripheral vascular arterial sales or related medical device experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least2 years of experience with Stryker or Inarisales/clinical (preferred).
  • Previous experience in theperipheral arterial space.

$125,000.00 and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
